We work in the showroom in the middle of the city under the television tower.

- With your calm and friendly manner, you ensure competent support and advice for our customers
- You are internet savvy and are familiar with emails, searching for information, etc.
- Of course, we also welcome career changers!
- Telephone experience is advantageous but not necessary
- You are communicative, resilient and a troubleshooter
- You keep a cool head in some demanding situations and see them as a challenge for you to grow

YOUR TYPICAL TASKS:
- Processing customer inquiries via telephone, email or chat
- Complaint management and complaint processing
- Also responsible for stock, success and economic statistics
- Provide information about invoice inquiries, products or prices
- Support the marketing team for an effective exchange of ideas that build a successful collaboration for your future.
- Documentation of concerns in the database
- Support in backend e-commerce management.
