WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- With your calm and friendly manner, you provide competent support and advice to our customers
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable using email, researching information, etc.
- Career changers are of course also welcome!
- Experience on the phone is advantageous but not necessary
- You are communicative, resilient, and a "troubleshooter"
- You keep a cool head in demanding situations and see them as a challenge to grow

YOUR TYPICAL TASKS:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Complaint management and processing of returns
- Responsibility for inventory, performance, and business statistics
- Providing information regarding billing inquiries, products, or prices
- Supporting the marketing team in the effective exchange of ideas, building a successful collaboration for your future
- Documentation of requests in the database
- Support in backend e-commerce management.
