Secretary | Management assistant to the management (M/F/D)
We, BadlyBitten.com, a young and emerging furniture and furnishings e-commerce company, are looking for an experienced part-time secretary for our accounting and customer service department.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Support with accounting and keeping financial records
- Customer advice and support by telephone and email
- Preparation of offers and invoices
- Organization and coordination of appointments
- Support in backend e-commerce management. - Complaint management and complaint processing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in accounting and customer service
- Good knowledge of common office programs
- Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
- Independent and reliable way of working
